1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any website, service, or tool provided by Digitari Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Digitari Solutions provides web design, development, local SEO, and related digital services to businesses, primarily in British Columbia, Canada. Specific terms for any project are outlined in a separate written agreement or statement of work.

3. Free Tools & Resources

We offer free tools including the Canadian Directory Submission Tracker. These tools are provided as-is for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep directory listings accurate but do not guarantee completeness or availability of any third-party directory.

Free website templates provided under our free website program include a required footer attribution to Digitari Solutions. Removing or obscuring this attribution without a written agreement constitutes a breach of these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on digitarisolutions.com — including text, design, code, and graphics — is the property of Digitari Solutions unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Code delivered to clients as part of a paid project becomes the client’s property upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services or tools to transmit spam, conduct automated scraping, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digitari Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or tools. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Google, Cloudflare, etc.). We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of these third parties. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
