HOW IT IS BUILT

Is it a template? No. It is built around you.

It is not a theme or a page builder. Every site is built in Next.js on our own codebase, then written around your business, your services, and the areas you work in. I read your business first, then I build.

THE CATCH

So what is the catch?

There is not one. Monthly exists so you do not have to find a large amount up front to get a real website. You pay $150/mo and that covers the build, the hosting, the SSL, and your content updates.

You own all of it

You register the domain in your own name and you keep it. We never hold it, we just point the DNS at our hosting. The files are yours, the content is yours, the domain is yours.

No contract, no minimum term

Nothing signs you into a year. Cancel any time, tell us and that is the end of it.

If you leave, we help you go

We help you move the site. Your domain is already in your name, so there is nothing to get back from us.

STRAIGHT FROM ME

Yes, I know how this sounds.

$150/mo for a custom site, no contract, and the files are yours. I have been told more than once that this is a bad idea.

So let me say the quiet part out loud. You could sign up, let me build the whole thing, pay one month, then cancel and walk off with the files and your domain. Nothing stops you. I am not going to hold your site hostage to prevent it, because holding sites hostage is the thing I started this company to get away from.

I am betting you will not. Not because you are locked in, but because if the site does its job you are going to want the person who built it still picking up the phone in year three. That is the whole bet. I would rather be worth keeping than hard to leave.

I run a small business in Vancouver. I know exactly what it feels like to get pitched by someone who is clearly reading a script and is gone the second the invoice clears. I am not trying to squeeze you. I am trying to build something that is still worth paying for in five years.
