1. Who We Are

Digitari Solutions is a web design and digital services agency based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website and tools at digitarisolutions.com.

2. What We Collect

Contact & estimate forms: When you submit a form, we collect your name, email address, business name, and any message you provide. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Directory Tracker: To save your progress in our free directory tracker, we collect your email address and store the submission status, notes, and profile URLs you enter for each directory. This data is associated with your email and stored securely in our database (Supabase, hosted on AWS in us-east-1).

Free website requests: We collect business name, owner name, phone, city, email, and industry to fulfil your free website request.

Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site traffic. GA4 collects anonymized usage data. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics.

Security: We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms for bot protection. Turnstile processes a challenge in your browser; Cloudflare’s privacy policy governs their data handling.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to respond to inquiries, fulfil service requests, deliver tools you’ve requested, and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained in our email for up to 2 years. Directory tracker progress data is retained as long as you use the tool. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Authentication tokens (OTP codes) expire within 15 minutes. Session tokens expire after 7 days.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our website and tools. Each has its own privacy policy.

Vercel — hosting and edge network
Supabase — database (PostgreSQL, hosted on AWS us-east-1)
Resend — transactional email delivery
Cloudflare — bot protection (Turnstile)
Google — Analytics 4

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to save your filter preferences in the directory tracker (no personal data — only UI state like selected industry and province). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights (PIPEDA & BC PIPA)

As a Canadian-based business, we comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and BC’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Contact us at the email below to exercise these rights.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. OTP codes are hashed before storage and never stored in plaintext. JWT session tokens are signed with a secret key. Database access is restricted to server-side API routes using a service role key that is never exposed to the browser.

9. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
