Services / SEO

SEO that lives in the code, not a spreadsheet.

Most agencies build you a site, then try to sell you SEO as a separate line item six months later when you are wondering why nobody is finding you on Google. We do not work that way. Schema markup, Core Web Vitals, keyword-targeted copy, Search Console, Analytics, crawlable architecture. It is all in the build from day one.

What is included in every build

Eight things we do before you publish a single word.

Schema markup

We add LocalBusiness, Service, and FAQPage schema to every page. This is what tells Google exactly what your business does, where you are, and what questions you answer. It also triggers rich snippets in search results, which means more clicks even when you are not in the top spot.

Core Web Vitals

Google uses page speed and layout stability as ranking signals. Because we build on Next.js with static generation, your site loads in under a second and hits 90+ on PageSpeed Insights out of the box. Most WordPress sites fail this. Yours will not.

On-page keyword targeting

Every service page is built around the specific terms your customers are actually searching. Title tags, H1s, heading structure, and body copy are all written to match search intent, not just stuffed with keywords. There is a difference and Google knows it.

Meta tags and Open Graph

Every page gets a unique title tag and meta description written to maximize click-through from search results. Open Graph tags are also set so your pages look good when someone shares them, which matters more than most people think.

Sitemap and crawlability

We auto-generate your sitemap and configure robots.txt so Google can crawl and index every page correctly. This sounds basic but a lot of sites get it wrong and end up with pages that never get indexed at all.

Internal linking structure

How your pages link to each other tells Google which pages matter most. We build your site architecture and internal links intentionally so your highest-value pages (service pages, location pages) get the most authority from the rest of the site.

Google Search Console setup

We connect Search Console before you launch so you have data from day one. This is how you see what keywords you are ranking for, which pages Google has indexed, and where to focus your content as you grow.

Google Analytics 4

GA4 is configured with your contact form and phone click events set up as conversions. That way you can actually see which pages are generating leads, not just traffic. Most agencies skip this step.

Why it matters

A fast site no one finds is just an expensive business card.

We have seen it a hundred times. Someone spends $5,000 on a nice-looking website, launches it, and then waits. Nothing happens. No calls, no form fills, no traffic. The site looks great but Google has basically no idea it exists.

The reason is almost always the same: whoever built the site did not do the technical groundwork. No schema, slow load times, duplicate title tags, pages Google cannot crawl, zero keyword intent in the copy. These are not exotic problems. They are standard practice that gets skipped because it takes time.

We do not skip it. Every site we ship has a verified 90+ PageSpeed score, proper schema, targeted copy, and Search Console connected before the domain goes live. That is the starting point, not the goal.

Common questions

SEO questions answered straight.

Is SEO included in every website build?

The technical and on-page foundations are yes. Schema markup, metadata, sitemap, Search Console setup, Core Web Vitals, and keyword-targeted page copy are all part of every build. What is not included by default is ongoing local SEO work like directory submissions and GBP management. Those are available separately.

What is the difference between what you do on the site and local SEO?

On-site SEO is everything that lives in your code and content. It is what Google reads when it crawls your actual website. Local SEO is the off-site stuff: your Google Business Profile, directory citations, NAP consistency across the web. Both matter. They work together but they are different jobs.

How long does it take to see results from SEO?

Technical and on-page SEO start working as soon as Google indexes your site, which usually happens within a week or two of launch. Rankings for competitive keywords take longer, typically 3 to 6 months of consistent effort. What we set up on launch gives you the foundation. What you build on top of it over time is what compounds.

Do you do SEO for existing sites or only new builds?

Mostly new builds, because retrofitting SEO onto a poorly structured existing site is often more work than a rebuild. That said, if you have an existing site and just need an audit and a clear action list, reach out and we can talk through what makes sense.

What about content SEO and blogging?

We write the copy for your service and location pages as part of the build. Ongoing blog content is not part of the standard package but can be added to a retainer. For most trades businesses, well-optimized service pages and location pages will do more for your rankings than a blog in the first year.
